		Control system of the account by the Internet

	The system ELPay represents qualitatively new solution in a class of products "Customer - Bank" aimed at granting of services of bank to the deleted customer by means of a Web. The customer of bank, using standard WebBrowser and traditional methods of the connections for Net, receives the protected access to the bank account and possibility of management of the finance from any point of the world. The given technology has the widespread title "Internet banking" and allows to receive new basic:

- Access of the customer to the account by means of Internet from any point of
the world without use of the special software;

- High efficiency of watching of a condition of the account and realizations
of operations for the on line technology of access;

- Absence of necessity of any operations on installation, set-up and updating
of the software at office at the customer.
